When heat treating high-temperature and corrosion-resistant steel commonly used in aviation bearings, advanced vacuum furnaces must be used, equipped with compressed nitrogen quenching and forced convection heat treatment technology. These vacuum furnaces achieve precise thermal cycling through cutting-edge control capabilities. Our quality control personnel use cutting-edge surface analyzers to determine the flatness and roughness of bearing raceways, reducing weight, increasing power, extending lifespan, and requiring less maintenance.
